We are looking for a driven Service Advisor to manage customer interactions and service coordination at our EV workshop. You will be the bridge between our customers and our technical team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their service requirements
- Coordinate with technicians for timely service delivery
- Provide accurate job estimates and service updates
- Handle customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain service records and documentation
Requirements
- Any graduate degree or diploma
- Excellent communication skills in Kannada/English
- Basic knowledge of EVs or automobiles
- Strong customer service orientation
- Hands-on experience preferred but not mandatory
